Stroll Along Rentals – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How will I get my stroller?
If your resort allows it, we will leave your stroller at luggage services on the day and time you select, and you may pick it up at your convenience.
Please note: Disney resorts do NOT allow us to leave strollers at luggage services, and we will need to meet you face-to-face for both delivery and pickup.
If luggage services are not available, we will meet you at the time and place you select during the reservation process.
If you need delivery somewhere other than a resort or vacation rental, please contact us before booking.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Orange County, Osceola County, and Brevard County, including (but not limited to):
Disney World
Universal Studios
SeaWorld
Fun Spot
Old Town
Kennedy Space Center
Cocoa Beach
Extended deliveries may incur an additional delivery fee after checkout based on location. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact us.
Do I have to meet you face-to-face?
Yes, if your resort does not allow luggage services delivery, you must meet a member of our team for both delivery and return.
Disney resorts require face-to-face delivery and pickup.
Help! I’m already at a theme park — will you bring me a stroller?
Yes, we may be able to help!
Please text us at 407-433-7664 to check availability.
Because our team is frequently on the road making deliveries, texting is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. We will respond as soon as it is safe to do so.
How will I identify my stroller?
Your stroller will include a family name tag and will be clearly marked with our Stroll Along Rentals logo.
What if I can’t find my stroller?
Always park your stroller in designated stroller parking areas.
If you can’t locate your stroller:
Ask the nearest park employee for assistance (strollers are sometimes moved)
If it still cannot be found and you believe it may be stolen, file a report with security
Contact us immediately
If the stroller is not recovered, you will be responsible for the full retail replacement cost.
Do you offer insurance on strollers?
We offer an optional Damage Protection Plan for an additional fee, which must be selected during checkout and before taking possession of the stroller.
This plan covers accidental damage only and does not cover loss, theft, abandonment, or misuse.

What do I do if my stroller gets wet from the rain?
Florida weather is unpredictable. We highly recommend keeping the stroller in a covered area or using a rain cover if rain is expected.
We offer rain covers which must be selected during checkout.
We will make every effort to swap out a wet stroller, but replacement is not guaranteed.
What if I need to extend, shorten, or cancel my rental?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability and assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before delivery will receive a refund minus a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 7 days before delivery are non-refundable
The cancellation fee covers administrative, booking, and payment processing costs.
Refunds (when applicable) may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Why should I rent a stroller from you?
Strollers make your trip more enjoyable with little ones. Our strollers are:

Will I get the exact stroller shown in the pictures?
Stroller models and colors may vary based on availability, but all strollers meet our quality and safety standards.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee for:
Disney property
Universal property
Vacation area locations
Extended deliveries may incur an additional fee based on location, which will be added after checkout.
What if the stroller is returned dirty?
Normal wear is expected.
Strollers returned excessively dirty or unsanitary beyond normal wear and tear may be charged a flat $30 excess cleaning fee.
Do you offer stroller accessories?
Yes! We offer:
Rain covers
Parent consoles
Bag hooks
Belly bars
Snack trays
Some accessories require an additional fee and must be selected during checkout. Accessories vary by stroller model.
Important: Placing too much weight on the back of the stroller (bag hooks, consoles) may cause tipping.
How do I log back into the account I created during checkout?
The account created during checkout is for future reservations and faster checkout only.
It does not allow you to log in, view, or modify reservations.
