How will I get my stroller?
If your resort allows it, we will leave your stroller at luggage services on the day you select and you can pick it up at your convenience. Please note Disney resorts do not allow us to leave the strollers and we will have to meet you face to face. If we cannot leave the stroller with luggage services, we will meet you at the time and place you select during the reservation process. If you need the stroller dropped off somewhere besides a resort or vacation rental, please contact us.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Orange, Osceola, and Brevard County. This includes, but is not limited to, popular attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Fun Spot, Old Town, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and much more! Please note that extended deliveries will have an added delivery fee after checkout based on location. If you have any questions about delivery or where you will be located please contact us.

Do I have to meet you face to face?
If your resort does not allow us to leave the stroller at luggage services, you must meet a member of our team when receiving or returning the stroller. Disney resorts do NOT allow us to leave the strollers.

Help! I'm already at a theme park, will you bring me a stroller?
Yes, we can help! Please call or text us at 407.433.7664 to check availability.

How will I identify my stroller?
We will provide a family name tag for your stroller. Our strollers will also have our logo on them.

What if I can't find my stroller?
Please remember to always park your stroller in designated stroller parking. If you can't find your stroller please ask the nearest employee for help. After they help you in your search (sometimes employees move strollers), if it still cannot be found and you think it may have been stolen, please make a report to security and contact us immediately. You will be responsible for the full price of the stroller if it is not recovered.

Do you offer insurance on strollers?
We do offer insurance for an additional fee which must be selected during the checkout. Please read the rental agreement for more information. Rental insurance must be purchased when making your reservation, prior to taking possession of stroller.

What do I do if my stroller gets wet from the rain?
We highly advise to keep your stroller in a covered area or to use the rain cover if you suspect it might rain. It does rain a lot in Florida. We offer rain covers at no charge which must be selected at checkout. We will make every attempt to swap out a wet stroller but we can not guarantee it.

What if I need to extend, shorten, or cancel my rental?
Please contact us ASAP so we can adjust your reservation accordingly. We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice on cancellations. Please see below for more information on cancellations.

Why should I rent a stroller from you?
Strollers make your trip more enjoyable with little ones. Our strollers are comfortable, provide shade, and storage! Not to mention they are also affordable!

Will I get the exact stroller in the picture?
Our strollers may vary in color.

Is there a delivery fee?
We do not charge a fee if you are on Disney or Universal property OR in the vacation area. Please note that extended deliveries will have an added delivery fee after checkout based on location. If you have any questions about delivery or where you will be located please contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice on all cancellations. A full refund will be given for cancellations that are made 48 hours or prior. Any cancellation made within the 48 hour window will be charged the base fee of the rental. Once a refund is issued, it can take 5-10 days to receive, depending on your bank.

Do you offer any stroller accessories?
Yes, we offer rain covers, parent consoles, bag hooks, belly bars, snack trays that attach to the belly bar, and stroller fans. Some accessories have an additional fee. Please be sure to select any accessories during your checkout. ** Please be aware that putting too much weight on the back of the stroller (bag hook, parent console) can cause the stroller to tilt backwards.

How do I log back into the account I created during checkout?
Your account created during checkout can only be used for future reservations for quicker checkout. It does not allow you to sign in otherwise, or make adjustments to your reservation. Please contact us for any reservation changes.
