At Stroll Along Rentals, we make stroller rentals easy by delivering directly to where you’re staying in Central Florida. Please review the information below to understand how delivery and pickup work.
Delivery at a Glance

- Hotels & Resorts: Delivered to luggage services when permitted or via face-to-face delivery when required
- Vacation Rentals: Delivered directly to the address provided at checkout

Delivery is available to many hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals across Central Florida. Some locations outside our standard delivery area may require an additional delivery fee, which will be added after checkout based on location.

Hotels & Resorts
If permitted by the property, rental items may be delivered to and returned through luggage services for convenience.
Some hotels and resorts require face-to-face delivery and pickup instead. Disney-owned resorts require face-to-face delivery and pickup and do not allow third-party rental items to be left with luggage services.
When face-to-face delivery is required, delivery and pickup details will be arranged based on the information provided in your reservation.

Vacation Rentals & Private Residences
Deliveries to vacation rentals or private residences will be made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the address and any access details are accurate to help avoid delays.
Delivery & Pickup Timing
Customers select preferred delivery and pickup times during the reservation process. While we make every effort to arrive within the selected window, delivery or pickup times may be affected by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Property access procedures
We appreciate your patience and flexibility.
Changes to Delivery or Pickup
Requests to change delivery or pickup location or timing must be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the change.
Weather & Safety
For safety reasons, extreme weather conditions may require delivery or pickup times to be delayed, adjusted, or rescheduled. Any necessary updates will be communicated as soon as possible.
